- Misrepresent the Services as your own work or intellectual property

Where Services are purchased on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have appropriate purchasing authority.

This obligation survives termination of access.
14. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, without refund, if you:
