We know that seeing a completed example can make all the difference when you're getting to grips with a new process, so we've put together a fictional PSII report to show what good looks like in practice. It follows a realistic oncology scenario from the terms of reference through to findings and safety actions, and is designed to be used alongside the national template as a practical reference.
